Wines from the Loire Valley have captivated wine lovers for centuries, and we are delighted to invite you to join us in this enchanting region in the Fall of 2027 for a journey that reveals the heart and soul of Loire winemaking.
This tour will immerse you in the diverse terroirs of the Loire, from the crisp Sauvignon Blancs of Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé to the elegant Chenin Blancs of Vouvray and the vibrant reds of Chinon. Together we will explore historic vineyards ranging from renowned estates to family-run domaines that embody the spirit of the region. Our itinerary includes visits to some of the region’s iconic châteaux—Chenonceau, Chambord, and Azay-le-Rideau—to deepen our appreciation of the Loire’s rich heritage.
We will be based in a charming boutique hotel in the heart of the Loire Valley, chosen for its authentic character and warm hospitality. Each morning begins with a breakfast of fresh, local ingredients, fueling us for days full of discovery and tasting.
Our time in the Loire will be filled with private tastings hosted by passionate winemakers eager to share their knowledge and stories. Highlights include a lunch at bubbly wine estate Langlois and personalized tours of family cellars like that of the Pisani-Ferry family at Chateau Targé. For those who wish, optional excursions to explore the valley by electric bike will provide a unique perspective on the landscape that shapes these exceptional wines.
